General Service Agreement

І. SUBJECT

Art. 1 These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “Oltrans” Ltd. (“Vendor”) and the user (“User”) of the services (“Services”) provided by the former.

III. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICES

Art. 3. The services provided from the Vendor to the Users are available online, on the Internet, and are intended to provide an opportunity to participate in the survey on “Top 100 Translation Agencies in Bulgaria”, by filling out a Questionnaire and requesting the results of the survey after completing all its phases after 23 December 2020.

Art. 4. The Vendor shall provide and the Users shall use the Services according to the parameters listed on the Vendor’s website https://top100pab.eu.

IV. TECHNICAL STEPS FOR REQUESTING SERVICES

The Vendor undertakes to provide the Users with all the results obtained, as mentioned on its website, free of charge.

V. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The protection of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy in connection with the processing of personal data (GDPR) by “Oltrans” Ltd.

VI. COPYRIGHT AND USE RESTRICTIONS

Art.5 (1) The copyrights and all other intellectual property rights on the information provided through the Services, as well as the design of the website http://top100pab.eu, belong to the Vendor and are under the protection of the current national and international laws in the field of intellectual property, copyright and related rights.

(2) The User undertakes to indicate as a source the name of the Vendor in all cases when reproducing, distributing, publishing or creating works, based on the information received from http://top100pab.eu.

VII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Art. 6 (1) The Vendor will use as its information sources the data provided by Company Guru and the data provided voluntarily in the filled-out Questionnaires of the Users, and shall not be responsible for its accuracy, completeness and currentness.

(2) The Vendor is not responsible for any losses suffered by the User due to actions and investments based on information included in the Services.

(3) The Vendor shall not offer investment advice, shall not recommend purchase and/or sale of securities or investments.

(4) The Vendor is not responsible in cases where the data provided by the User are wrong, incomplete or inaccurate.

VIII. AMENDMENT AND ACCESS TO THE GENERAL TERMS

Art. 7 (1) These General Terms and Conditions are provided to the User in Bulgarian to read and accept them, and are available at http://top100pab.eu.

(2) The General Terms and Conditions shall be considered as accepted by the User from the time of the first use of the services, until the time of termination of their use.

(3) These General Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Vendor at any time, of which the Users will be notified on the website http://top100pab.eu and in an appropriate manner.

IX. FINAL PROVISIONS

Art. 8 (1) The relations not settled in the present General Terms and Conditions shall be regulated by the current legislation in the Republic of Bulgaria.

(2) All disputes between the Parties shall be resolved through negotiation, and in case of agreement cannot be reached, by the Arbitration Court of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce.

Art. 9 These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 01 September 2020.
